"I always have a pleasant experience at the Sanford, Fl. Cycle Gear. The staff is very friendly and Jessica greets regulars by name. Now if Cycle Gear would carry some more items for us vintage bikers, I couldn't be happier. :-)"

"I was assisted every step of the way with my helmet and jacket purchase. As a new rider, the staff took their time to assist me and even ordered a specific helmet they didn't carry on hand. Daniel and Tyler couldn't have been any nicer and patient. Can't wait to make more purchases at my new home for all my riding gear!"
"Have used Cycle Gear a few times, almost always found staff to be helpful and to find what I was looking for. Selection is limited compared to online though. I have a had issues once or twice where talking to employees they told me part a would fit but it did not. I have always been able to return or replace any mistakes."
"I Took a ride to an Appointment prescheduled one morning on my 2013 Harley. Thought I'd take the opportunity to do so before the rain was expected. I made the appointment but noticed on the way the battery light indicator lit up red and stayed red, so I thought perhaps its just a sensor. When I got ready to leave the bike would not start, not enough juice to fire up. After about an hour or so had passed, and trying to get help from towing companies without success, a brother in Christ from our church was apple to come and assist me. We removed the battery and drove to Cycle Gear in Sanford. The young lady there was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and quick to assist me. We were in and out of there within 15 minutes! That's what I call "Rocker Service. Keep up your excellent service Cycle Gear.. "
"Gave me all the info I needed before my purchase."
